What do I need to know about the audio tours?
Once VoiceMap and the tour are downloaded, both the audio and map can work on or offline. GPS autoplay lets you enjoy your surroundings while the app automatically plays each story as you walk. If you take a wrong turn, an audio alert and on‑screen map help you get back on track. Need more info about VoiceMap? Check out the website here.
Is the walk strenuous and wheelchair accessible?
The path is mostly flat and paved, but there are some uneven sections and street crossings. Tours range from 1-2 miles. Our tours are wheelchair accessible.
How long is my tour?
All tours are approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Should I tip on guided tours?
Tips are always welcome but not required. Cash or Venmo suggested for the guides please.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Guided tours cancelled before 24 hours will be given a full refund. Guided tours operate rain or shine. Audio Tours must be cancelled through Voice Map.
Are reservations required on guided tours?
Walk ups are welcome! We suggest booking online ahead of time, so the tour is not sold out. Someone will be available in person at the tours starting point 15 minutes prior to each tour.
What should I bring?
Water and a good attitude! Missoula weather can vary from cold to hot, rainy to sunny. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and check the weather.
